 Merry Christmas!!!

I need to cancel a booking immediately!

It was a very last minute booking (at 5:30 am christmas morning) and their card is also marked by as invalid.

They haven't revised their card, nor answered to any of my messages regarding their arrival!  We are not at the guesthouse normally on Christmas, unless we knew early on that we had to be there so we need to know what time they would be arriving...

They haven' t appeared at all since their reservation and we are afraid it might be a no-show and false reservation with an invalid card!

Pulse states I can cancel since the card is invalid but there is no Cancel button anywhere. 

I need to do that immediately and I need held since it's Christmas day and nobody answers at the Help Center...
