Cancellation, Charge, Credit Card

Dear Partners! 

As I was going through your posts I realised that I'm not the only one having troubles with last minute cancellations or no shows reservations. 

Beside of this , what would really illuminate me and help at the same time is HOW TO SET UP AN ONLINE PAYMENT FOR ALL MY RESERVATIONS BY CREDIT CARD .  Now it is payment in cash upon their arrival.

I can not find out how to change payment methods because there is no credit card option in extranet for me.

PLEASE , I WOULD LIKE TO READ YOUR INSTRUCTIONS LIKE STEP BY STEP WHAT SHOULD I DO.

Welcome , might I suggest  for your display name be renamed to the actual property listing name display name as that would be more productive and to link your property URL into your partner profile, see How-To guide link below.

 

Indeed dealing with these scenarios the only realistic method is to setup prepayment with strict policy. 

 

Do you have Payments by BDC enabled or VCC using a virtual terminal with a provider such as sumup.com, payrexx.com.?
