Cancellation due to bad weather and I have waived any charges

This is my very first booking with booking.com and I have to cancel it. Our guests cannot make it down due to the awful weather conditions at the moment. I will not charge them. The first night is tonight. How do I cancel??? :)

It is up to the guest to cancel their reservation or you can wait until after midnight then mark the booking as a NO SHOW.You must do one or the other or you will incur commission charges.

Contact you guest again and tell them they must going into their Booking.com account and cancel the booking

Make the guest cancel or mark as no-show.
If you cancel you will be charged
