Cancellation fees


I have a question about cancellation fees. I would like to charge people who cancel their reservation 7 days before, I also found right place how to change it. But my question is that where that money goes when I don't have any credit card information in the system?

The payment method is being set up by partners during the registration process. You can check or change your current payment method right in your Extranet: "Property" tab - "Policies" - scroll down to "Guest payment options" section.
