Cancellation Fees

A guest of mine has canceled his reservation just a few days before the arrival so now i have to file a statement to our Tax Service about the reservation but unfortunately i don't have the visitors passport id / passport id since i never had the chance to get it . Can someone please help me about that ??

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this. It will also depend on whether you have policy to request this detail by booking.com
