Cancellation fees and creditcard not filled in coreect

Bonjour,

You can answer in English, French, and Dutch wenn needed.

 

We have a client, Mr *** ***, (bookingnr ***) who want's to cancel his reservation.

We can accept this but he has to pay 50% cancelleation fees of the booking.

We have tried to take this payemant but the creditcard is not filled in corectly. the security code is missing.

I've tried to contact them without succes.

Could you please help us out with this client? we offerd him a voucher vallid for a year for the 50%.
