Cancellation payment

Hello, I want to know what is the procedure of payment for when my guest cancel in the period where my policy states they have to pay 70% of the price. I dont have their credit card details and my guests usually pay on sight.

No procedure. You would receive the payment if you have had activated "Payments by". If not you should have collected the payment from the guest after the booking was made.
