Dear sir, we want know about your cancellation policy . Because when guest cancel his booking before 3-7 days of check in Without any fee and charges . After than end of the month also attached commission payment for cancelled booking. How can we pay commission for cancelled  booking . Please advise us Your cancellation ratio for our property is 10% .our recent Quarry for cancelation is Booking No.  ***

If invoice related use the dispute feature on reservation statements page or message Partner support 


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
