cancellation refund

One of the guests booked a room; she chosen to pay at the venue however she has been charged for the room.

Now she has cancelled the room. Is the refund will be process automatically or this is something we need to process?

If already charged for the room ,who charged it BdC or you?


If BdC on your behalf, then its comes down to the cancellation policy you have set for that rate type.


If direct with you, then naturally you need to use the method employed  to take it to then refund it.
