Cancellation request because customer is just booked the reservation but not coming today
I have a booking with id *** for today.
As of Yesturday , guest told they will be coming but today when i called , they cancelled the trip.
Now Due to this , My booking will be lost for this weekend. As per the cancellation policy, full reservation amount to be collected from guest.
what precuation Booking.com has been taken NOT TO LOOSE our reservations.
