Cancellations and no shows

A guest cancelled days ago but she still shows on my reservation list. I asked her to contact booking.com to cancel but she has done it via my email address. I had 3 no shows .. One I managed to cancel but for some reason the other two didn't. I have been truly frustrated at the number of cancellations ..

You'l lhave to set your cancelation policy more strict to receive less cancelations.
In extranet in each booking you have a button: "Request to cancel reservation". If still no success, contact booking.com via extranet.

If the guest refuses to cancel where they made their booking then charge the card.It is the guest responsibility to cancel in the right way.
