Cancellations for new booking apt owners


I am new in Booking. I have posted an apartment to rent it.

I have 2 cancellations from two different reservations and because I am new in Booking, I cannot receive any payment cancellations. What can I do? I am afraid to have same issue with other reservations, so I cannot reserve the apartment to other guests and receive any cancellation payments. Please, help! Thanks in advance
