Cancelled booking ***

hi,

pls cancelled booking and refund to customer, for due customer emergency booking and my homestay already rent out to other.

Hi  Iris,

 

You can do this by open details page , send message to guest to notify them of no availability and that you will nexct start the cancellation and refund process.

Now click cancel and choose option 2.

They will get an email to action once they do click the process will start.

If no action contact BdC support
