cancelled bookings

my apartment account has been blocked and i was billed for invoice for guests who did not turn up in my apartment. i notified Booking.com that the guests did not show up and i felt it has been cancelled from their side. Only to see invoice written to me for payment.

Truthfully, those prospects called me on the phone and we had conversation together. they promised to come but did not see any guest from booking.com.

I followed up on them but will not pick my calls

I tried calling the contact line for complains but they will be speaking an african language swahili.

please what should i do to get my hosting back

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
