Cancelled bookings that we were charged the full commission and the guest only paid a deposit

Reservation number *** cancelled their booking.  They only paid a deposit which is half of their booking price.  We updated it on the system but booking.com charged commission on the full booking amount.  I do not understand why as I did update the system.  Please advise.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
