Cancelled Guests but did not cancel online

Guests did not come and stay and their booking was not cancelled. Now booking.com wants commission and I did not get payment for this booking. What do I do... I keep getting a message from booking.com saying they going to suspend my account!

When this happens you must by 12 noon the day after check-in, mark it as no-show.

You should dispute this via message or phone with the reference.

 

 

Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :

 

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
