A cancelled reservation

Booking ref *** *** *** 12th May 3 nights

The guest didn't realise the the Bothy she booked was only for 2 people and she wanted 3 adults so it was not suitable

she requested a cancellation without a cancellation charge with you but you have sent her confirmation of cancellation with the full amount charged

we have not taken any payment as it was a mistake so please waiver the charge and do not charge us your commission fee
