Cancelled reservation due to invalid card, however guest is paid in full

I had a reservation come through with a invalid credit card, however the guest called today and I took the payment directly, as well as marked the reservation as paid in full in However it was still cancelled and the reservation should not have been. Please help as to how I can reinstate this reservation? 




Judging from other threads BDC has been having some technical problems with their card clearance system i.e. rejecting valid cards.

When the boot is on other foot BDC tell us tough luck. Well, in this circumstance I'd say tough luck to BDC.
