A cancelled reservation's credit card mistakenly marked as invalid


I mistakenly marked the guest's credit card as invalid since I thought that our front office team could not charge the card earlier. It's only after we double checked that we found out that the card is actually charged for her reservation.

By the way, the guest already cancelled the reservation before, but since it was a non-refundable booking, we charged her card anyways.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
