Canellation and charges on cancelled bookings


I ve a problem with the invoice for July 2020 

the reservation statement  for July 16th  shows that *** cancelled but I ve been charged € 51.6 and on July 26th  Jack twomey cancelled but I' ve been charged €40.5 

I want you to know that i did not collect a penny of these customers and I do not wish to pay commission  on money I did not revcieve

Your invoices are based on departure date but these guests did not arrive so please amend the invoice
