Canselled reservation

Dear Sir or Madam, regarding to this reservation details copied down, I would like you don't charge the guests for the reservation at all. They make the reservation but they have three big vechiacles we can not manage to park on the property, so they have to cancel they reservation.   1. Option 1  - Self service by guest
    1. Direct the guest to logon to their account and manage their booking, choose cancel.
    2. If they claim they are incompetent and cant do it, then tell them to use the Customer Service options on the website to make contact and request it that way.  
  2. Option 2- Host initiates the cancellation
    1. You can do it yourself, open the reservation and click Request Cancel, then option 2.
    2. Wait for guest to get notified and then must click a link to confirm.  
  3. Option 3- Guest phones Customer Service
  4. Option 4 - Partner Phones Partner Support

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
