Change base price amount of people

We have a mixed dormitory available at our Logess Estates guesthouse in Accra, Ghana. But the base price is automatically set for 4 people, even though there are 9 beds in the room. For reasons that I do not understand, 1 person can book the room for the standard rate of 20US$, which is the idea. But when you search for a place to sleep for 2 or 3 people, it automatically charges you for 4, so a rate of 80 US$, in stead of the standard rate times the amount of people. Even worse, when you search for a room for 5 to 9 people, our dormitory says it is only available for 4.

Can you please help me to charge the room per bed/person? Thank you!

Something in your settings is not correct. Joa Boschmulder.

Try via the extranet and property tab to change it, and also via Rates and availability you have the ability to change details.

Hope this helps,

If you still have difficulty ask the help team (yellow circle) and ask the question, via inbox you can also ask and you can contact them via home tab.

Were you able to change this problem. I have the same. The maximum number of people in my apartment is 7 and through this is also the base price you get... my other apartment can be booked starting from 2 people. As far as I can see everything is the same. How did you solve this problem a year ago.
