To contact Financial Department of Booking.com is impossible. I sent from inbox in July 2019 a message to Booking.com about changing a name of business and made uncountable numbers of calls asking for help- still no response and keep receiving invoices, issued on the previous owner name

I have the same problem it is impossible to change name on Invoice
