change credit card number
The customer has made the reservation and now wants to change the credit card number. is it possible? what steps the customer must follow to maintain the reservation?

If they prepaid via booking.com or 3rd party site, then they have to go back to them , themselves you cant change it.
Or you agree to take direct payment if it was always going to be direct on arrival.
Bear in mind if they no show you get nothing in that scenario.
