Changing the rate for a specific booking
Our discount for a recent booking has unfortunately not been applied. It was due to a mistake on the channel manager's setting. How can I go about to give the guests the 10% discount they are entitled to according to your rules. The particular guests are *** *** and her family, booking for 22 - 26 January.
