We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

CHARGE DECLINED ON VIRTUAL CARD

Bonjour,

Concerning reservation N°3900434091, we did not manage to charge the Virtual Credit Card. 

We did NOT make any preauthorization on that card, and of course did NOT charge it before our first attempts this morning. This VCC was supposed to be activated by June 26th. I do not understand why we get this kind of complications with Booking.com VCC, as every other partner VCC program are so very effective... 

As you must know, the situation is complicated enough during this terrible time so we would greatly appreciate your very, very quick help.
