Charge Virtual Card

Good morning,

My property has the following ID ***, I have received two virtual card payments and I don't have a way to charge the cards.

Is it possible to change the virtual card payment for these two bookings to a bank transfer?

The bookings have the following booking numbers *** ***.

Hi 

Two options:

  1. Sign up with a payment gateway provider. see https://partner.booking.com/en-gb/community/guest-payments-finances/yvonne#comment-45233  
  2. Sign up for Payments By Booking. Phone cal to BdC support and request the mto switch you to PbB service and switch all bookings to this for payout. Its important you call , see below guide for phone number location
