Child rates not charged by Booking

On my Policies page:

Child rates Edit

  • Children 5 and under can stay for GBP 25.00 per child per night.

  • Children from 6 to 17 years old can stay for GBP 45.00 per child per night.

  • Guests 18 and older will be priced as adults.

On my latest booking: 2 adults, 2 children, no extra charge for the children. Why?

As we cannot see it you will need Partner Support to review the settings.

 

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
