We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Cleaning Fees

Good morning, we list our property on other websites and have the option to add a cleaning fee.

I don't know if this is an option on booking.com

Can anybody help point me in the right direction.

Hi Mark,


Its pretty convoluted on BdC and instead I would reccommend instead just factor it into rate .

If you are on site or hand over keys then you could have it in your first issued auto message template so they know on arrival , when checking -in they must pay X when collecting keys.


I believe its under Policies submenu in extranet > property.
