Client cancels and booking.com still take commission how do we stop that
New B&B and just started using booking.com. We have had some clients book vis booking.com and haven’t read our T&C’s so when we double check, we find they are a hen party or have children under5 (that we don’t accept). So we ask them to cancel but BDC are charging us a commission. How do we stop that have read about marking as no show (but we then have to diarise for date they were due to show) or marking credit card as incorrect but wanted to know correct way.
