Client cancels a reservation and wants to go to the accommodation

Hi!

A client cancels a reservation and wants to go to the accommodation. He said that he cancel because a mistake and also wants to go to the accommodation.

What can i do?

Simply , if the cancellation process has started, leave it as is.

 

Then take a new direct booking with them for the dates ,and then pay card, cash or bank transfer t oyou. No BdC commission applies.

 

Block the dates manually and make a note of the direct booking.
