Close/ not bookable

Dear CS Booking.com Kindly need your assistance, our unit Sahid Zarafshon Bukhara Uzbekistan (HID***) in status closed /not bookable, and  in website booking.com was suspended.  Is this suspension because of my property haven't paid the commision invoice?
