We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I send this email is to inform you that we only charge booking ID *** ( *** / 1-3 Oct, 2020) 50% total room charge due to no show instead of fully charge ( sorry as I could not attached the file) thus kindly help us to record and send us commission request based of 50% charge for this booking only.

Welcome to the Partner Only  Forum, addressing only us not BdC support team.

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.


  1. Your partner Profile is incomplete - missing link  
  2. Rename 'reservations' to something relevent and ID your property. such as <PropertyShortName>-Reservations. Avoid using generic words like this as others have and will make the same mistake and no way to distinguish them apart..  
  3. Why are you forwarding this? nothing can or will come of it. Do you still not understand the BdC system after a year? Have you even read anything in the Partner Help or Solutions?  
  4. No one can do it for you - Learn how to , read the guides. Do not be lazy.  
  5. Community rules  - stop posting  reservation details.


Your next action is :


IF you are billing and collecting guest directly, :


IF yes and you refunded them directly 50%. 

THEN as this is not standard, you will need to notify BdC via phone or message of the change. See guide below.
