In error I marked ***as a no show how do I correct this.

Why is commission still showing once a indicated a no show.

Why is commission still charged for a cancellation.

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.


  1. No Show - If by mistake, then you must message or phone BdC Support with the reservation number to get it changed.  
  2. Commission : If you use Online payments or Payments by BdC or direct prepaid, then regardless of it being no show or cancellation (no refund) , you pay commission.


What you have not said is if its cancelled and  refunded them or used the Request Cancel and choose option 2 , then its 100% refunded.  Only then you do not get invoice for commission.
