If you have received no-shows and you have not charged any cancellation fee, it's important to mark the reservation as a no-show correctly so that you are not charged commission on these bookings. You will have 48 hours after the check in date to mark the reservation as a no-show through the reservation page. If this time passes, you can also use mark the credit card as invalid and state you did not charge a cancellation fee.
If you fail to do the above before the commission invoice is issued, you may need to review and dispute charges as necessary.
