A commission
Booking.com asked to cancel a reservation ***, we did not take any money from the guest due to this request and it was over lockdown.but was charged commission , we disputed the commission but Booking.com refused to refund

Same here and they still refuse to return the commission they have taken. I have tried everything including the above suggestion. If you find an answer pleas let me know.
