Dear Booking Team,

regarding provide us credit note of two reservation one guest canceled and other No-Show

Conf#*** canceled & Conf#*** No-Show all this guest we did not charge any amount from the guest and your side asked for commission.

 kindly provide us credit note.

Hi Rami,

Since this is only a Partner Community you have to resend your message request through your inbox tab directly to booking.com support team.

Have in mind that you have to click the button “no show” to avoid paying commissions...
