COMMISSION CHARGED FOR NO SHOW

I am asked to pay commission on the reservation that came one day before their reservation date. Guest check out on the other day and also if they pay  lower rates than their booked rate plus get other category room. Do you think property should be charged?

The guests arrived a day before the check-in date and checked out before the check-out date? They also paid less for their stay?

Did they do this with or without your authorization? If something like this happens, you need to let Booking.com know immediately as you only have a small window to mark the booking as No-Show or even to adjust the rate.

Commission will always be charged if the guest did stay at your property, it's your responsibility to ensure Booking.com knows exactly what happened.
