Commission Double dipping

Hi fellow partners.

The commission on my completed reservations is automatically deducted by Booking.com with the balance credited to my bank account. But quite suddenly, without any invoice or notification they double dipped and directed debited the same amount from my bank account.  Of course Booking.com make it as difficult as possible to contact them regarding this, but I finally found a way of messaging the finance department which I have now done twice.  Despite the 48 hour promise to acknowledge my message, two weeks later I have heard nothing.  Do any partners have advice on how I can resolve this issue?

Hi I’ve had the same .  cancel the DDR at your bank and tell the bank what has happened they should refund the money and chase bookings .com 

open up a complaint through dispute resolution .

Booking.com finance appear not to respond directly and is in a mess ...
