Commission fee cancellation

I have been a member of your site before and I signed up to rent my room. However, some of the reservations were canceled and other bookings did not come. So I didn't trade. For this reason, I have previously canceled your commission fee by talking to your customer representative. But there was a re-commission fee. I keep getting messages. I demand the cancellation of my host membership and the cancellation of the commission fee.
