Commission Outstanding

Dear Support, 

I kept received reminder for asking outstanding commission payments for Inv *** and ***, please note that the property was not occupied during the mentioned period. We have not received a single cent rental therefore booking.com shouldnt asked for commission for cancel booking. 



Was the booking cancelled on the booking.com system.  If not that could be the cause of the problem.
