Commission Payments

Please help 

We have always had booking.com take the total reservation fee from our clients and we are paid the final amount less commission and payment charges.

Lately we have not only been paid the due amount BUT the commission already taken has been deducted again separately from our account ?

Can anyone advise and / or explain how to flag this up

Hi Graham, 

 

Are you sure it is actually being deducted before transfer , because for me and others for several months it has been everything transfered in full no deductions, then I have to pay the invoice afterwards.

 

In flag it with BdC Support , use the Message or phone number for partners (not public main lines).

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’. << this i

4) Select the  topic.

5) Select the  subtopic, and complete the process by answering all questions.

 

Towards dialog bottom is option to reveal phone number.

Indeed , we had an income of £884 were paid £739 but then £145 came out of the bank two weeks later. Thank you for sending me the extranet details I will do this. Cheers from Crail in Fife , Scotland.

I had the same issue I have contacted finance via extranet /email left messages via bdc support and made an official complaint via dispute resolution.

finance have not responded

I have contacted my bank they have refunded the overpaid commission and I have had to cancel the DDR .good luck !

Thanks so much and Ive followed your other post on the subject which revealed others have same problem.
