Compensation discount for guests during stay due to unexpected inconvenience.

Unfortunately, I just experienced an unexpected issue with the level of service I usually provide with my current guest. In order to compensate the guest for the inconvenience I offered a discount of 50% as compensation for the inconvenience which was agreed. Booking.com doesn't allow me to change prices once the reservation has been made.
Can someone please tell me how do I go about doing this?
