Contact guest


How can I contact with a guest?. I can´t send a message. 

This guest booked payed the reservation (***), but cannot attend due to COVID, how can I contact again to move the new dates for reservation. 



You have posted this on the partner forum so we are not able to help you do this.  Contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call.  If you are unable to take bookings why haven't you Closed your rooms?  It is easy to do on Rates and Availability, Calendar and you can do a bulk update.
