Every time I phone booking.com I get disconnected. I speak to the customer service person (after being on hold for goodness knows how long) and they say no worries I'll fix that for you. Put me on hold and then I get hung up on. Seriously I am so over this organisation. I am owed $484 from them that they said they had paid into my account a month ago but it hasn't turned up. How on earth do you get help with this lot?
