We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Contacting finance department

Hello partners,

I wonder if I am alone in not being able to speak to anybody in finance dept. who has the authority  to sort out a payment issue? My issue has been ongoing since September 6 th when a customer changed a booking. They have stayed and checked out and booking . Com has had their money but not paid out to me yet. I have spoken to customer service on telephone in London, Amsterdam, Lyon ,Shang hi etc etc etc etc and now the London telephone number is not even in use!!

I am at a loss and to have to force myself to try to telephone at least once a week is getting me down.
