Contract terminated

I got comission bill for the guest who did not arrived and not realised payment in advanced or later. And when I asked booking.com to cancel this commission as I mentioned why, then I got message that booking.com cancel our agreement and put my property to the out of list. I sent several message to ask more detailed explanation. But they are repeat to sent automatic reply. Is there any way to been seriously and get fair reply?

So they are asking full comission which the guest not paid booked my property without payment not arriving. And then I got an message that they dismissed me! 

Honestly, this problem occured because of system of booking.com which allows to have fake reservations with all fake infos (name, address, telephone, payment).

And its causing me big risk about to make mistake and then get unfair commission bill.

I need a good guidance as a partner!

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
