Coronavirus invoice payment

Dear Booking.com.

I hope you are all doing well and healthy.

This days are hard for us.

We are small family business, with 18 employes.

Before Corona VIRUS it was 3 months of dead season.

We are Pension with 9 double bed rooms, with Guesthaus, and alsi LIVE MUSEUM of Gingerbread cookies.

So what i want to explain.

At the moment from 15.03.2020 if you did not notice in Slovenia state made rule and policy, that all Gasthaus and Pensions and Hotels and Restaurants must close down.

We had thre months dead season before.

And because we had to stop working. So 18 Workers with me Receptor and my Wife head receptor lost our jobs.

We had finance brake down.

Look : 

First you must pay for february  all the sallery, then you have to pay all the working partners for delivering food and drink and also all the other bank credits and all the other stuff, to surive every month.

 

Second before March it is DEAD SEASON. SO NO GUEST NO MONEY !?   

So you have to make new bank credits that you survive again.

 

Now we have been hit by VIRUS SITUATION, wich will last FOR  how long ? 

I think if we open countries to soon and start co operating we will have second wave and third wave of virus, can you imagene, till now it is more and more dead.

Second thoght they say in summer season will be only possible inside tourism, home tourism, borders will be closed. So how to promise guests, we can move your reservation to SUMER, are we GOD to know the future.

I am just a normal human bean.

Right now, we ask banks for wait for payments, we ask deliveris to ask with payments, we ask every guest, we phone call them, to wait with returning the money, we also ask them to better move reservation, while we can not return them the money...

 

DO YOU UNDERSTAND ?

Now from my opinion, from one site the world you are just normal, pay when you have to or we will put you on court....

From second site the word is crazy, banks dont know what to do, we must stay at home, also i am working from home....

We think on finance all the time and on working, but i think the most important is to wait that will be back normal again.

 

NOW I ASK YOU BOOKING.COM

AND THIS IS URGENT.

We can not refund guests, we ask them to move reservations, if some of them can not understand that, i am sorry , but all system of tourism is shut down and QUOTE OF ARMY AND POLICE IS STAY AT HOME, or you pay penalty or go to prison.

 

We have no money no finance, we will bearly survive if we.

SO PLEASE

Can you please wait with INVOICE payment, or can you do something not to pay that.

Because we can not....

 

WE HAVE NO MONEY INFLUANCE FROM FEBRUARY ON .... PLEASE HELP US ...

Hi Sharonpowney,

My comment here is that if Booking.Com are not reading the comments herein , I don't think much of their executives. If they are so ignorant of the pulse of global travel, and the shut down of not only international but domestic tourism, they don't deserve even a fraction of their enormous salaries. This is a time when they should front up to all of their faithful "partners" who have been paying commissions to the Booking.com conglomerant ranging from 15% to 28% , for some of us 10 -20 years, and give us all a break.

I too can not pay my monthly invoice, we have no income and will not see any business for a long time I suspect.
