Hi, it is related to the coronavirus pandemia. I have a reservation starting at 1st of May, for 3 nights. Unfortunately I can't guarantee that the property and surroundings is safe for guests. I've sent an email to these people asking to cancel the reservation but without the response. How can I cancel this reservation now? Is there a dedicated procedure in case of such situations?
Also there is another bottom, I don't want to have my property infected with virus.
