But if it is more than 7 days since check out you will not be able to message them.
Hence why it is important to get an email or phone from them.
Crediting a guest , is only a relationship between you and them.
As there is no credit guest system on BdC website.
i.e. the guest can only redeem it by contacting you directly in the future.
